Jennifer Garner has two daughters with actor Ben Affleck

A man has been arrested after allegedly violating a restraining order preventing him from going within 100 yards of Jennifer Garner.

Steven Burky was ordered to stay away from the actress last year after she told courts she believed he was a threat to her family.

Police say he was arrested at a nursery in California attended by one of Jennifer and her husband Ben Affleck's children.

Burky is reportedly held on $150,000 bail.
