Comedian has a look at Cartier bands

Russell Brand has a reputation as a lothario

Russell Brand has sparked speculation he plans to propose to Katy Perry.

The comedian, 34, was snapped looking at diamond bands at a Cartier store in London on Friday.

‘His face lit up when he saw this one ring,' a source tells the News Of The World.

‘He put it on his hand and he just gazed at it for ages, deep in contemplation.'

Russell has been dating Katy, 25, since the MTV Video Music Awards in September.
