Russell Brand and girlfriend Katy Perry are planning on keeping their love life spiced up during the Christmas holidays with lots of saucy cybersex.

Sex-mad Russell, 34, didn't spend the big day with Katy, 25 - she flew back to LA to be with her family - but the comedian reveals that they'll keep in touch with 'a bit of texting, a bit of Tweeting'.

He cheekily adds: 'There's a regular phone conversation, and then there's what I can only describe as the kinky miracle of iChat.'

Russell, who talked about his plans on the Christian O'Connell Breakfast Show on Absolute Radio, says that hooking up with quirky popstar Katy has transformed his life.

'She's amazing. I'm having a right laugh. She's a good person to spend time with and it's changed me - it's made me stop doing stuff that I probably shouldn't have been doing.'
