Ellen DeGeneres replaced Paula Abdul on American Idol

American Idol judge Ellen DeGeneres has had a comic dedicated to her.

The 51-year-old will be the subject of a biographical novel in the Female Force series.

The issue, released in March 2010, will cover Ellen's career, personal life and her dance moves.

‘People forget what a groundbreaking talent [Ellen] is and that fame did not come overnight,' said Bluewater Productions president Darren Davis.

‘But through all her highs and lows, she managed to stay true to herself and prove that she is a female force.'

The Female Force comics have previously featured profiles on Sarah Palin, JK Rowling and Twilight author Stephenie Meyer.
