The actress was snapped hoisting up her pink mini dress at the premiere of her new film after a clinch with co-star Hugh Grant.
Sarah Jessica, 44, gave the actor an affectionate squeeze as they posed for pictures at the Did You Hear About The Morgans? screening in London.
The Sex And The City star was then forced to adjust her strapless frock to avoid flashing fans.
