New mum Coleen Rooney is definitely on track to getting back into her skinny jeans again.
Since giving birth to 8lb 2oz Kai on 2 November, the 23-year-old TV presenter has reportedly lost 8lb in four weeks through exercise and healthy eating.
But following news that Coleen has a rigorous training regime planned for the New Year, there are growing concerns that she may exhaust herself if she's not careful.
Over the past couple of weeks, celebrity gossip sites have been swamped with messages from worried fans
who think the WAG should slow down.
One fan advises: ‘Just chill out and enjoy your new son.'
Coleen, who's 5ft 3in, is reportedly keen to lose the 2½ st she gained during pregnancy in time for Christmas.
To help with the diet, Coleen has enlisted the help of her mum Colette, who's cooking her daughter low-fat meals.
On top of this, long-time trainer Elise Lindsay has shown Coleen a series of 25-minute ‘micro' workouts that she can do when Kai's having a nap.
In the New Year the pair will work with a Flexi-bar to tone up Coleen's wobbly stomach.
