Madonna's toyboy boyfriend Jesus Luz is one lucky guy - he's set to get a $2 million (£1.2k) New York apartment.

And that isn't the only pressie the 22-year-old's received. By Christmas, he'll have pocketed another $500,000 (£300k) in gifts and cash from Madge, 51.

Our source says: ‘Madonna treats Jesus well financially. Since he's been with her, he hasn't had to put his hand in his pocket for anything. She pays for everything and is now thinking about buying him an apartment.

‘Madonna's happy to have him as her boyfriend as it maintains her youthful image - and he's more than willing to be with her as he was a nobody before.'

Since the pair began dating two months after Madonna's divorce from Guy Ritchie was finalised, Jesus's profile has rocketed. He can now command $15,000 (£9k) per gig as a dance DJ and up to 10 times that for modelling work.

He's landed some high-profile gigs despite being new to DJing and recently took a beginners' course. It's also rumoured that Madonna gives him $10,000 (£6k) a month as an allowance.

‘Madonna treats him like a hired help, but he can't say he isn't well paid,' says our source. ‘She'll even pay for his haircuts and healthcare insurance.'

With Madonna's help, Jesus is now planning to move into music producing. ‘I like electronic sounds,' he says. ‘It's great to be a channel for music and have the energy of people flowing through you.'
