Cheryl Cole in X Factor dress horror - what was she thinking?

The glam judge wears a black monstrosity...hopefully it's just a glitch

Cheryl Cole got it wrong tonight on The X Factor's Sunday semi-finals results show in a short black dress with fussy neckline and flowing train.

The X Factor judge, 26, is usually stunning but Cheryl chose a harsh and unflattering design that overwhelmed her tiny frame.

Dannii Minogue, 37, definitely beat her in the style stakes with a cute little silver number.
