Frankie Sandford turns to music whenever she gets her heart broken.

The Saturdays singer, 20, says listening to her favourite tracks helps her channel her emotions.

‘Music is a really good way to express yourself,' says Frankie.

‘I've used it to get through a break-up.'

Frankie say there's one particular artist's music that can help ease the pain. 

'There's an Australian singer called Sia and all her songs are great for when you're going through heartbreak,' she tells Celebs On Sunday.

'I listened to her album when I was going through a difficult patch after splitting up with my ex and they're all songs that you can really cry to. 

'It's good to get it all out.'
