Danielle Lloyd confirms engagement to Jamie O'Hara

Couple will tie the knot in 2011

Danielle Lloyd and Jamie O'Hara are smitten

Danielle Lloyd has confirmed that she is marrying Jamie O'Hara.

The footballer, 23, proposed during a trip to Paris last month with a ring he helped design.

'I don't know how he kept it secret because I usually find out everything,' says Dani.

'He'd spoken to my mum and even asked my dad's permission...It was really romantic! As soon as he asked me I burst into tears like a little baby!'  

Danielle, 25, and Jamie, who have been dating since April, are planning to become man and wife in 2011. 

'We want a big wedding down south,' she tells OK! 'But I would like to have maybe a blessing in Liverpool cathedral as it means a lot to me and my family.'

Danielle is also getting a tattoo to celebrate the engagement.

'I said when we get engaged I'll have his name tattooed on my ring finger,' she adds. 'I'll go and do that next week.'
