George Clooney, mum Nina and Elisabetta Canalis looked happy

George Clooney's girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis has finally met his mother.

The actor introduced the Italian TV presenter, 31, to Nina at the LA premiere of his new film Up In The Air on Monday night.

George, 48, walked the red carpet with the pair on each arm.

‘[It's] part of my job,' he told Entertainment Tonight.

George and Elisabetta have been dating since meeting in Rome in July.

It is the first time the Hollywood star has travelled to the States with his Sardinian girlfriend.
