Cerys Matthews gives birth early to baby boy
Cerys Matthews and her partner Steve Abbott have had their first child together.
The singer gave birth to a baby boy eight weeks early on Monday.
‘We are doing very well and excited now to share this happy news with you,' Cerys, 40, wrote on her website.
'What an amazing surprise. Love always, Cerys and Steve.'
The baby's name has not yet been revealed.
Cerys and Steve, 49, announced the pregnancy in August.
She's already mum to Glenys Pearl Y-Felin, 5, and Johnny Tupelo Jones, 3, with ex-husband Seth Riddle.
