Leona Lewis has dismissed reports she's had her breasts enlarged.

‘Every few months I get people asking me if I've had a boob job,' she tells the News Of The World. ‘But no, they aren't fake.'

The singer, 24, says her bust size changes when her weight fluctuates.

‘With me, every time my weight goes up or down a bit, it's so noticeable there and people start to speculate about it.'
