Phillip Schofield Twitters about Mariah's lateness

Singer keeps This Morning host waiting

Phillip Schofield has been a host on This Morning since 2002

Phillip Schofield had to hang around for Mariah Carey when she arrived late for an interview.  

The singer pre-recorded a performance for This Morning on Monday.   

‘Sitting here twiddling our thumbs waiting for Mariah Carey.. la la la laaa,' he wrote on Twitter.

He later added: 
‘She's changing her mind about what she's wearing!!!!'

But Phillip had nothing but good things to say about the star following their chat.

‘She was lovely and very easy to interview,' he said.

'She was also suitably apologetic for being an hour late and yes, an entourage greater in number than the population of Denmark.'
