Nicole Richie in court to extend restraining order

Socialite attends hearing with Joel Madden

Nicole Richie is the daughter of singer Lionel Richie

Nicole Richie had a temporary restraining order against two photographers extended yesterday.

Eduardo Arrivebene and Ivon Miguel must stay 50 yards from the socialite and her kids Harlow, 22 months, and Sparrow, two months.

Nicole, 28, alleges the pair were responsible for a crash that involved her vehicle in Beverly Hills last month.

She attended the hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court with Joel Madden, 30.

Nicole was granted a temporary order at the start of the month.
