Kim Kardashian has her own reality show

Kim Kardashian has had a make-under.

The reality star had a temporary prosthetic face made for a sketch on US show Secret Celebrity.

‘I needed to get a moulding of my face so I could have a prosthetic nose, cheeks, and neck put on!' she writes on her blog. ‘I look like a completely different person!'

Kim uploaded an image of her transformation online.

She was given a bigger nose, double chin, perm and glasses to change her look.
