Singer feels for the contestants

Leona Lewis admits she finds it hard to watch The X Factor.
The singer, who won the show in 2006, still tunes in to the ITV show.
'I do watch The X Factor, it just makes me so nervous,' she says.
'It just puts me back in that place almost four years ago now.
Leona also reveals she considers Simon Cowell a pal.
'Simon Cowell is very important in my career,' she adds.
'He's not only my label boss but I see him as a friend, mentor. He is very important to me.'
Leona Lewis supports the World Society For The Protection Of Animals.
