Jordan: I have panic attacks

Jordan has revealed she suffers from pangs of anxiety.

The glamour model's admission comes after her ex-husband Peter Andre, 36, revealed he was so stressed three months ago that he passed out.

‘I have panic attacks, they are horrible, but you don't go on about it,' says Jordan, 31.

Peter says he's now feeling better, but Jordan reckons he needs to get checked out.

'Panic attacks can be caused by the stress of not dealing with your true feelings,' she writes in her OK! diary.

‘Pete should maybe get some help from a counsellor and look at getting some medication for the problem.'
