Jordan: Spiritual guides are helping me

Glamour model has turned over a new leaf

Jordan split from Peter Andre in May

Jordan is ridding herself of bad feelings.

The glamour model, real name Katie Price, insists she's a calmer person nowadays. 

‘I've been seeing spiritual guides to help me,' says Jordan, 31, who's also taken up yoga.

‘I want them to take any hate out of me because I don't want to be hating anyone.

'I've changed. I'm not a bitter person. I forgive. Life's too short...I could be gone tomorrow.

'Once you're gone, you're gone, so is it really worth all this hate and this spitefulness?'

Jordan admits boyfriend Alex Reid, 34, has influenced her new attitude to life.

‘He's taught me so much about calmness and letting things go,' she tells OK! ‘He's so good for me.

'I used to get really angry about the smallest things...

‘All those ridiculous feuds, the Jodie Marshes and the Kerry Katonas and the Nicola McLeans, forgive and forget, yeah? I don't hate anybody anymore.'
