Jo Wood leaves Strictly after worst Samba score ever

Model and businesswoman voted off

Jo Wood had a great time learning to dance with Brendan Cole.

Brendan Cole walked off stage during Strictly Come Dancing last week after judge Craig Revel Horwood compared Jo Wood, 54, to a 'bush kangaroo' - but this week things didn't improve.

Ronnie Wood's estranged wife received the show's worst score ever - just 14 - for a Samba and she and Brendan were booted out.

The duo faced athlete Jade Johnson and Ian Waite in the dance-off and repeated their performance to Stevie's Wonder's Superstition but lost - a 'dance disaster' and 'Samba hell' said the judges.

Model and businesswoman Jo is the sixth celebrity to be voted out and wasn't upset.

'I'm surprised I lasted this long, it's a miracle!' she admitted. 'He's (Brendan) been wonderful to me, he's been absolutely fantastic. I've enjoyed every second.'
