Star struggles to get over ex-girlfriend

Chris Brown is not allowed to contact his ex-girlfriend Rihanna

Chris Brown is finding it hard to move on from his old flame Rihanna.

The hip hop star was ordered to stay away from the Umbrella singer, 21, after he pleaded guilty to assaulting her in February.

‘Feelings are feelings and they don't go away overnight,' said Chris, 20.

'Especially if you sit down and be like, "Look, I'm [going to] really be in this relationship with you, past whatever the case, past our busy schedules, past us being two of the biggest artists."

'I really care about her.'

Chris isn't in a rush to embark on a new romance.

‘I'm taking my time right now,' he told New York radio station Hot 97.

‘I'm back to square one. I still got feelings for Shorty, I gotta get over the hump.'
