Avril Lavigne's estranged husband has been seen in a clinch with another woman following their split.

Deryck Whibley, 29, was filmed kissing rumoured new girlfriend Hanna Beth Merjos at Tattoo Mania in Hollywood on Monday night.
 
The pair looked smitten as they larked around inside.

Avril, 24, filed for divorce from the SUM 41 star last week, citing irreconcilable differences.

She and Deryck announced last month that they were separating after three years of marriage.
