Britney Spears settles lawsuit with photographer

Britney Spears is rumoured to be dating her agent Jason Trawick

Britney Spears and a paparazzo who alleged she ran over his foot have reached an agreement.

Ricardo Mendoza launched legal action against the singer in May, accusing her of assault, battery and negligent driving.

But LA court documents show both parties settled the lawsuit on Monday.

The records do not disclose the terms of the agreement.

The incident allegedly took place in Beverly Hills in October 2007.

TMZ, who employed Ricardo at the time, auctioned his tire-stained sock for charity.
