Cheshire Police have dropped the case

Kerry Katona will not face prosecution following her arrest on suspicion of assaulting her accountant.
The reality star, 29, allegedly attacked David McHugh in August.
But Cheshire Police have dropped the case on the advice of the Crown Prosecution Service.
'Witnesses varied in their accounts, resulting in a conflict of evidence,' says a CPS spokesman.
'There was insufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction.'
Kerry is thrilled with the decision.
'I'm delighted this is finally over,' she tells the Daily Mirror. 'It was hell.'SEE PICTURES Kerry Katona's slide from pop princess to Dazed of Warrington>>
