Pete Andre’s final fury - the night that killed all hope

It’s the moment that turned the couple’s split into a full-scale war

After an ugly scene between Peter Andre and Jordan's closest confidantes, Gary Cockerill and Phil Turner, in a restaurant, the glamour model has vowed to get her revenge.

The incident put paid to any hope of a friendly spit, let alone a reunion.

'Phil opened his arms to say: "Hi Pete," but he just turned round and said: "F*** off, we know whose side you chose",' says Now's insider.

'He [Pete] looked at Phil in disgust and said: "Don't touch me."'

Jordan's camp says: ‘None of Pete's team, who usually make every effort to maintain his squeaky clean image, tried to stop it - in fact they waded into the argument.'

Pete's team paint a different picture of ‘Fight Night' and put the blame solely on Phil and Gary, who they say came up and verbally let loose at them.

‘It was all very childish and kindergarten. All we did was tell them to sit down and Pete never told them to f*** off,' says one member of the camp.

Jordan, 31, and Pete, 36, are due to have their divorce made absolute on 20 October but the wrangling goes on.

According to one insider: ‘Most things have been agreed, but the lawyers are still at odds. Katie's in the dark as much as anyone else as most of it's legal jargon.

‘All she knows is that she has to give Pete £6 million. This comes from what they earnt together and what she earnt away from him with the kids. They've also still to resolve a few issues where the children are concerned.'
