Craig Revel Horwood had anorexia

Craig Revel Horwood admits he has issues with food.

The Strictly Come Dancing judge suffered from anorexia in his 20s.

‘I think I've still got an eating disorder,' says Craig. 'I can eat healthily to a point then I will crack and binge - pizzas especially. I know I shouldn't, but I can't help it.'

Craig, 42, says the pressures of being a dancer led him to become body conscious.

‘When I looked in the mirror, I felt fat, so I didn't eat. Obviously, I couldn't have been fat at that weight, but I felt it,' he tells Weekend magazine.

‘I was never bulimic. I tried, and couldn't do it. It was easier to abstain from food, or to look as if I was eating when I went out, without really eating...

‘As a dancer you grow up looking in the mirror, and you are constantly judging yourself.'
