Actress responds to claims she's met with ex

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt deny they have secretly met to discuss a reconciliation

Jennifer Aniston didn't have a secret rendez vous with her ex Brad Pitt last month, says her rep.

The couple were reported to have discussed getting back together at New York's Essex House Hotel.

But a spokesperson for the Friends star, 40, tells Us Weekly the meeting ‘never happened'.

In June, Jen and Brad, 45, denied claims they got together at the city's Gramercy Park Hotel.

The couple split in 2005 after five years of marriage.

Brad now has six children with Angelina Jolie, 33.
