I had a real laugh when Jennifer Aniston dropped by to Chelsea Lately recently. It has to be said, the men who work on the show are usually not so pleasing to the eye, but they all seemed to have discovered hot water and loofahs that day.
We all know that Jen's constantly hounded by the paparazzi and press trying to figure out what's going on in her love life. She can barely wave at someone without sparking a rumour that that person is about to impregnate her. But I don't really care who she's dating - I just want to know how she keeps that body. She looks amazing and we discussed how she stays in shape. She may be six years older than me, but she doesn't look it.
Not that I look like I could be her mother or anything... maybe just an aunt. A much older aunt.
Katie Holmes has teamed up with celebrity stylist Jeanne Yang to start a new clothing line, cleverly called... Holmes & Yang. Katie says she's ‘truly inspired' by her daughter Suri, who's growing up pretty fast (luckily, though, when Suri outgrows a pair of trousers she can give them to her dad). I'm just grateful that the clothing line will be out in the fall - I'd hate to travel to New York without knowing what Suri says is ‘in' this season.
I was relieved when Jen told me her drink of choice is vodka - although less relieved to hear that she drinks it in moderation. I just assume that when someone says they drink vodka they really go for it. But at least I'm headed in the right direction and don't have to switch to some healthy plant extract to get a nice buzz.
As if featuring Jude Law in drag wasn't enough, the makers of his new movie Rage have decided to try something new. So viewers will be able to watch it on... their phones. I don't know anything about this movie, but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume it sucks. I thought it was a bad sign if a movie went straight to DVD - it can't be a good sign when it goes straight to phone.
