Teen sensation Miley Cyrus sparked fears for her health when she cancelled a gig this week.

The former Disney star called off a US show on Wednesday citing a bad throat and apologised to fans on Twitter.

Concerned friends now worry that the 16-year-old is trying to do too much, Now can reveal.

‘Everyone is terrified that she's working way too hard. She's going to be on tour for a long time and needs to take it easy,' says our source.

But it gets even worse for Miley, daughter of country star Billy Ray Cyrus - Lindsay Lohan is reaching out to her.

Word reached Lindsay, 23, that Miley would be in Paris for fashion week and she Tweeted on her Twitter page:

‘will you be in Paris this week? would you like to come to the Emanuel Ungaro show for the new collection i've designed love? Xo'

Our source adds: ‘The last thing she needs is an olive branch from Lindsay, who 5 or 6 years ago was the biggest teen star on the planet like Miley.

‘But drugs and alcohol got hold of her, now she can't get a decent acting job for love nor money. We don't want Miley turning out like that.'
