Audrina Patridge stars in The Hills

Audrina Patridge has had a restraining order against an alleged stalker extended.

Zachary Loring, 24, was arrested after he was spotted at The Hills star's LA mansion in August.

Audrina, 24, and her brother Mark were granted a temporary order on 10 September.

Following a review yesterday, it has been increased to three years. 

‘Audrina appeared [yesterday] morning in Los Angeles Superior Court and took the witness stand,' her rep Jennifer Shoucair Weaver tells E! Online.

‘She was questioned by attorney Jeffery Rubenstein about several incidents which occurred with an alleged stalker, Zachory Loring.

‘The judge issued a three-year permanent restraining order against Mr Loring, who did not appear in court, to stay 100 yards from Audrina.'
