Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford gets restraining order against ex-husband

Daniel Giersch denies claims he harassed her

Kelly Rutherford and Daniel Giersch have two children together

Gossip Girl mum Kelly Rutherford has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband Daniel Giersch.

In papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, the actress alleges the German businessman has been harassing her.

Daniel, who must stay away from Kelly for 21 days, has denied the accusation.

‘He will remain focused on co-parenting both of their children and not make any personal comments in order to continue to protect the children's need for privacy and wellbeing,' says his lawyer Fahi Takesh Hallin.

Kelly and Daniel have children Hermes, 2, and Helena, three months.
