Jaime Winstone was stopped by police who suspected her of being over the drink drive limit on Wednesday night.
The actress, 24, was returning to her car after a night out with boyfriend Alfie Allen, 22, his sister Lily, 23, and pal Alexa Chung at Quo Vadis restaurant in Soho.
She was taken to Charing Cross police station but released without charge following a blood test.
'At approximately 12.15am a woman was arrested in Frith Street, Soho, on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol,' says a Scotland Yard spokesman.
'The 24-year-old woman was taken to a central London police station and she was later released without further action.'
The star's rep said: 'Jamie hadn't had a drink all evening.'
