Jamie Lomas recently spent a week at the No1 Boot Camp in Norfolk to battle his holiday jelly belly and got a taste for cage fighting.
Contestants - including Jordan's new man Alex Reid - use mixed martial arts to slug it out inside a wire enclosure.
'Jamie was doing a bit of pad work [combat with protective pads] with another guy so I know he's interested,' trainer Scotty Partis tells Now Online.
'He loves the sport... I know he's into it. There's no doubt that he could do it if he puts his mind to it.'
The ex-Hollyoaks actor, 29, made the most of his time at the fitness centre where Natasha Hamilton and Sophie Anderton have also worked up a sweat.
'Jamie seemed really positive all week,' says Scotty.
'He was a good laugh, always upbeat and did everything we told him to. You can't ask for better than that, really!'
