Ronan Keating tells Now about his fitness regime

Ronan Keating is about to release his new solo album Winter Songs - and the 32-year-old is looking pretty fit.

In the video for single, Stay, he takes his kit off to reveal his taut torso.

'I'm training about four to five times a week at the moment,' Ronan tells Now. 'I never knew I'd enjoy it this much.

'Staying fit and in shape is really a full time job and pretty difficult to manage with a busy work schedule and family life.'

Ronan started his strict fitness regime in preparation for Boyzone's comeback in 2007.

'For me the hardest part is sticking to a strict diet, especially when I'm on the move so much at work,' he admits.

'I'm supposed to stick to low carbs, low dairy and low sugar and no alcohol but I have to have a glass of red wine now and again. It's my only vice!'

Ronan Keating's new album Winter Songs and single Stay will be released on 16 November.
