Holly Willoughby has a challenging few months ahead of her after making her This Morning debut last week.
The 28-year-old is also working hard on The Xtra Factor and only became a new mum to son Harry with husband Dan Baldwin four months ago.
Holly now has the unenviable task of replacing fans' favourite Fern Britton, but she got off to a flying start with co-host Phillip Schofield.
‘Viewers could see she was nervous to begin with, but once she got into it, it was like watching Phillip with Fern. They were giggling like teenagers. She was really chuffed with the positive press coverage,' says our source.
While Holly will have her work cut out with her new schedule, she still plans to care for Harry as much as possible and even take him on the This Morning set with her.
But she'll soon have more TV demands when she fronts The Xtra Factor live shows next month.
Holly's hardly taken any time off since the birth, but has said that she'll be able to cope with the difficult balancing act of work and motherhood.
Ironically, on This Morning last Wednesday, Holly got involved in a heated debate with a child psychologist on the topic of ‘bad mothers' and was forced to defend herself, saying: ‘Is it not about quality time?
'A mother who sits at home while her child's playing PlayStation all day isn't going to be as beneficial as someone, perhaps like me, who's at home after lunch and spends quality time with their child.'
