Katherine Heigl: I want to look like Nicole Richie

But Grey’s Anatomy star doesn't believe in dieting

Katherine Heigl has a healthy attitude to food

Katherine Heigl would love to be superslim but doesn't believe in starving herself in the name of fashion.

‘I hate dieting,' she says. ‘I hate the whole thing!

'My own insecurity makes me wnat to look like Nicole Richie. But I'm 5ft 9ins, and have substantial breasts, hips and everything else, so it's never going to happen.'

Katherine, 30, takes her position as a celebrity role model very seriously.

‘What stops me is that I want young girls to look at me and think: "That's healthy, that's what I want - she's on television and she looks like me,"' says the Grey's Anatomy star.

'I eat a lot. Food is, kind of, an obsession of mine.'
