Peter Andre: I was sad to miss Junior’s first day at school

Singer wasn't looking after him that day

Peter Andre's album Revelation was released on 14 September

Peter Andre is upset he didn’t get to see his son Junior go off to school for the first time.

The singer's estranged wife Jordan, real name Katie Price, was taking care of the children that day.

‘I was really sad last week because I had to miss Junior’s first day at school,’ he writes in his new! column.

‘This is not a position any father wants to find himself in, but unfortunately, it was Kate’s day to have the kids and there wasn’t anything I could do about it.

'It’s things like this that hit me really hard, but Junior knows how much we both love him, and that we’ll always be there for him.’

Jordan and Peter were granted a decree nisi on 8 September.
