Singer Twitters about horrifying ordeal

Jessica Simpson is searching for her beloved Maltese-poodle cross Daisy

Jessica Simpson has been left devastated after her dog was snatched by a coyote.

The singer was unable to stop the wild animal as it pounced on the Maltese-poodle cross on Monday evening.

‘My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes,' Jessica wrote on Twitter.

‘HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!'

Jessica, 29, and her family have created posters to try to track down Daisy.
