Troubled star denies meltdown

Kerry Katona has rubbished claims she is considering taking her own life.

The troubled TV star was reported to be in meltdown after being arrested for alleged assault and also cautioned for possession of a controlled substance earlier this month.

But Kerry is adamant she doesn’t need help.

‘I’m not suicidal,’ she says. ‘I’ve never been suicidal.’

Kerry’s ex-husband Brian McFadden now says he wants her to hand over their two daughters, Molly, 8, and Lilly-Sue, 6 until she gets her life back on track.

On Monday Kerry - who has put her £1 million mansion up for sale - broke down in tears outside her local bank in Wilmslow, Cheshire, after a meeting about her financial situation.
