Robbie Williams has recently moved back to the UK after 5 years in LA

Robbie Williams has a back-up plan if his new album doesn’t do as well as he hopes.

The singer fancies mastering the American Smooth and learning to cha-cha-cha .

‘I love reality TV,' he told Capital FM. ‘It’s the only thing I watch.

‘If this CD fails and Take That doesn’t do well, Strictly Come Dancing then straight to panto.'

Robbie admits he is nervous about his comeback.

‘I get tremendous stage fright that’s getting in the way of me enjoying it,’ he admitted on Manchester radio station Key 103. ‘Awful, awful, growing more and more as I get older…

‘It’s terrifying. I want to find a way around it. I will do… it scared me – really really scared me.’

Robbie’s new album Reality Killed The Video Star is due for UK release on 9 November.
