Chloe Madeley got told off big time by dad Richard

Richard Madeley launched into a foul-mouthed tirade when he learned daughter Chloe had been arrested for drink driving in August.

The presenter was banned from driving for 20 months last week after crashing into a parked vehicle while twice over the legal limit.

‘Dad called me in the morning,’ says Chloe, 22. ‘He was so angry.

‘The first thing he said to me was, “You f***ing idiot! You made a huge error of judgement. It can NEVER happen again. I'm really angry. Do you know how lucky you are that nobody was hurt?”’

Chloe has now vowed to learn from her experience.

‘I've embarrassed and disgraced myself - and especially my parents,’ she tells the News Of The World.

‘It was one big chain of mistakes that turned into this awful accident. The worst moment of my life…

‘When my ban's over I don't know if I'll ever drive again. I'm so shaken up. I now realise being over the limit probably had a lot to do with the crash. God knows, I've made mistakes and I'm learning from them.’
