Training takes toll on businesswoman

Brendan Cole tried to console Jo Wood after she started crying

Jo Wood broke down after a gruelling rehearsal for Strictly Come Dancing on Friday.

The businesswoman – who is in the process of divorcing Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie, 62 – was snapped in tears outside a studio in west London.

Jo, 53, was seen being comforted by dance partner Brendan Cole. 

‘The first show is only two weeks away and there is enormous pressure on all the celebrities,’ a source tells the Daily Mail.

'Clearly Jo is worried that her dancing is not up to scratch.'

Meanwhile, Jo has revealed that she signed up for the BBC show to get over her marriage split.

‘I wanted a fresh challenge,’ she tells the Sunday People. ‘I would never have done this if I was with Ronnie.’
