Pete Doherty to perform Jacko tribute

Star to sing in David Gest musical

Pete Doherty will sing with The Rumble Stripes in David Gest...My Life!

Pete Doherty will appear in a show dedicated to the memory of Michael Jackson. 

The singer, 30, is joining the line-up of David Gest...My Life! A Musical Concert Extravaganza.

He will duet with the band The Rumble Stripes on Jacko’s hit 1983 track Human Nature.

‘The tribute to my good friend Michael Jackson will be a heartfelt salute to a person who had a great presence in my life,’ says David.

‘I’m thrilled to be joined by an all-star line-up of performers in celebrating his remarkable life and musical achievements.’

David, 56, also plans to air never-before-seen footage of him interviewing Michael.

The show takes place at the HMV Apollo Hammersmith on 14 October.
