Victoria Beckham to host US show The View

La Toya Jackson will also appear on programme

Victoria Beckham was recently a guest judge on American Idol

Victoria Beckham is to co-present hit US show The View next month.

Posh, 35, will fill in for Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who is on maternity leave, on 14 September.

She will join Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Sherri Shepherd on the panel.

Michael Jackson's sister La Toya has also been confirmed to guest host the programme on 16 and 18 September.

She is also due to give her first TV interview since Jacko's death on the 20/20 show on 11 September.
