Kate Garraway isn’t in a rush to lose her baby weight.

The GMTV presenter gained two and a half stone when she was carrying son William.

‘Now I’m minus the baby all my skin is loose and wobbly,’ Kate, 42, tells OK! ‘But I don’t think I’ll [go on a crazy diet]...

'My mum always used to say it takes 9 months to put on weight and 9 months to lose it so I might just let nature take its course or I might do some fitness training, I haven’t decided yet.’

Kate gave birth to William last month with husband Derek Draper by her side.

The couple are also parents to 3-year-old Darcey.
