Jude Law's baby mum: I'm not a gold-digger

Model insists she didn't plan pregnancy

Samantha Burke says she burst into tears when she found out she was expecting Jude Law’s baby.

The model, who had a brief fling with the actor, 36, insists it wasn't her intention to fall pregnant.

‘When I found out I was scared like any other single female would be,’ she writes on her official blog.

‘I didn’t jump for joy because I "hit the jackpot". I cried my eyes out started adjusting my future plans in my head. Not once did I ever think about the money side of things.’

Samantha, 24, is disappointed that she’s been criticised in the press.

‘One of the comments that has really bothered me is having been repeatedly called a “gold-digger”,’ she says.

‘I can’t tell you how far from a gold-digger I am. I wish there was a reporter finding out how I’ve never dated a rich man in my life. I never in my life would have planned a pregnancy for money!’

Samantha, who has posted pictures of her baby bump online, is due to give birth in October.
