Singer plans legal action against Georgette Civil

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil tied the knot in Miami in 2007

Amy Winehouse is suing Blake Fielder-Civil's mum for copyright infringement.

Georgette Civil has been accused of allegedly selling one of the love letters the singer wrote to Blake while he was in jail.

‘I can confirm that the action is being taken,’ spokesman Chris Goodman tells Now Online.

Amy, 25, is seeking unspecified damages.

She and Blake, 27, were granted a decree nisi on 16 July.
