Group claim it was an invasion of privacy

Jade Goody’s family has launched legal action over the publication of a photo of mourners at her burial.
Jackiey Budden is among a group of seven who are seeking up to £100,000 from Mirror Group Newspapers.
They claim the image, published on 5 April in the Sunday People, was an invasion of privacy and a breach of confidence.
The group are also suing the picture agency NewsPics.
While Jade's funeral was open to the media, the family requested photographs from the burial remain private.
Jackiey, 51, and the group also want an injunction banning the snap from being republished.
Trinity Mirror, owner of the Mirror Group, and NewsPics declined to comment, reports the BBC.
