Milla Jovovich: I gave my fiancé a black eye

Milla Jovovich and Paul Anderson have worked together on the Resident Evil trilogy

Milla Jovovich once punched her fiancé Paul Anderson in the face.

The actress got carried away with her stunts during filming.

‘I gave my fiancé a black eye when he was directing me in the first Resident Evil,’ says Milla.

‘He was trying to plan the shot and said: “Punch straight at me and pretend I’m the camera.” Of course, I got too close and punched him straight in the eye.’

Milla, 34, admits it’s not the first time her action scenes have gone too far.

‘I gave the director of photography a black eye on the set of Resident Evil 2,’ she tells thelondonpaper.

‘He was teasing me and saying, “Come on, punch me! Punch me!” trying to get me hyped up.’

Milla and Paul, 44, will get married today at their Hollywood home.
