Sean Penn and Robin Wright agree custody of son

Couple sort out the terms of their divorce

Sean Penn and Robin Wright are parents to Dyman Francis, 18, and Hopper Jack, 16

Sean Penn and Robin Wright will share custody of their 16-year-old son Hopper Jack.

The couple - who are also parents to daughter Dylan Francis, 18 - ended their marriage earlier this month.

Robin, 43, cited irreconcilable differences on 12 August as the grounds of divorce.

The Penns have started legal proceedings twice before but changed their minds about wanting to part.

They have also divided up their property, reports Access Hollywood.
